The Contributing Contractors
If it were not for the contributing contractors, Christian Helping Hands would probably still be at the old location. At the time of our “adoption,” C.H.H. only had $ 57,000 in the building fund. As the following months progressed, more donations and grants were received to aid construction. The contributions of the Associated Builders and Contractors of Greater Houston and other trade contractors help offset the final cost by more than fifty percent. The contractors came from all over Houston and the surrounding area. Most of them had never heard of Christian Helping Hands or knew where Pearland is located!!! Miracles never cease when one responds to those in need.
